Competition T's &C's

Thank you for your interest in this competition hosted by Arcanum, DataMasque, Workato & AWS. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating:

The promoters of this competition are Arcanum AI and DataMasque.

2.

‍The competition is open to anyone who has successfully registered for the 2023 AWS Sydney Summit aged 18 years or over except employees of the promoter, their immediate families or anyone professionally associated with the competition.

3.

To enter the competition, entrants must fill out their details on the competition landing page, including their name, email address and any other required details. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4.

The prize for the competition is a trip for two to New Zealand, which includes return flights (up to the value of NZ$2,000) and two nights accommodation (up to the value of NZ$1,000) for two people up to a limited value. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be chosen at random.

6.

The competition will run from 04/04/23 until 06/04/23. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

7.

By entering the competition, the winner agrees to take part in any promotional activity related to the competition and to allow the promoter to use their name and image for promotional purposes.

8.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control.

9.

The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
